5/21/17Morino:Hatched my morino again on the 12th. This time I was going for Gejitchi using the advice I got from Matt. He said to not play any games and rely on catching predator attacks to fill happy hearts (which fills 2 hearts). Apparently the morino doesn't get sick from having empty hearts so I didn't have to worry about that. He went into the cocoon on the 14th then came out on the 15th as Gejitchi! Yay! I love this character and I finally got him! He's been paused ever since but is finally going to be unpaused today. I've been slacking on updating my blog so today I'm finally catching up! Here's my notes for how I got Gejitchi: * No Games at all. (Only after it hatched I played games to fill all 4 happy hearts then I fed it leaves to fill hungry. That way I didn't reduce any weight from playing games. 10:57am - Hatched (May 12) 10:57am - Evolved to Imotchi / 1yr, 22mg (May 13) 10:57am - Cocoon / 50mg (May 14) (Hot) 10:57am - 7:30pm (Cold) 7:30pm - 10:57am Gejitchi The Centipede Tamagotchi "A quiet and thoughtful type that can be found in prickly, thorny parts of the forest."Tamagotchi P1:I also started my blue P1 on the 12th. I was planning on going for the unhealthy character Nyorotchi. I left his hearts stay empty a lot only filling them to 1-2 full every now and then. I also left his poop pile up until there was 4-6 piles and kept lights on at night. I did catch every discipline I heard but missed a few. After he turned into Kuchitamatchi I started taking better care, keeping his hearts full by feeding meals/snacks, cleaning poop, and turning lights off. On the 16th he became Kuchipatchi the best unhealthy adult which was surprising since he was only 5 years old and only had 75% discipline. I was expecting Nyorotchi and didn't think he'd evolve until the next day. Oh well I'm still pleased with the results. It's not often I get to raise Kuchipatchi/Hashizoutchi. Kuchipatchi The Mouth Tamagotchi "An easy-going Tamagotchi that loves good food and hot springs baths. While not very bright, he is sensitive, caring, and loves nature."

7/21/17Today's blog will be a catch up blog of everything I've raised the past 2 months. WOW I slacked off didn't realize how long it's been. Some other news, I ordered one of the Digimon 20th Anniversary versions. Got the blue/gray one (whichever you want to call it I've seen it called both) it's the Anime Gabumon exclusive one. I've been doing some research and information collecting so I'll be ready whenever it arrives. Should be here anywhere from now up to August 7th. Morino:Had Gejitchi paused off an on for a little bit. He ended up passing away at 8 years old. I really enjoyed this little guy! Hopefully the method of how I got him works again next time. Tamagotchi P1:I had Kuchipatchi paused off an on with Gejitchi as well. He later passed away at 9 years but he left happy, even leaving an egg behind. Mothra:Ended up starting my Mothra to finish it off. I only needed the 2 "unhealthy" adults and 1 secret character. The first run I took pretty bad care and got the bad teen Batora Grub for the first time. On the tamagotchi wiki it says you can get the bad teen from 0-50% discipline. Not sure if bad care was needed but I did so anyway. He then later turned into the Batora Adult from 75-100% discipline and good care. Again not sure if it's care based or all based on discipline. Taking pictures of him was difficult as he kept moving too fast making them a blurry mess of pixels. lol My 2nd run I got the Batora Grub again but this time left discipline at 0% and he later evolved into the adult Mayura still having 0% discipline. This is the last adult I needed on Mothra all thats left is to get the secret character Godzilla who evolves from Mayura. I didn't think I'd like this character much but after getting him I really enjoyed him. He's like a little peanut. To evolve him into Godzilla I had to reduce his weight to 30 which was a pain as I love feeding snacks and get his discipline up to 100% which didn't take long. I also took good care just in case. He later evolved into Godzilla and has been paused haha. He's the only thing I still have going. Going to unpause him and let him finish off his life while I wait for my Digimon to come. I'm going to say that I've completed the Mothra though there's still 1 secret character called Moll & Lora, another twin tamagotchi character. I have seen no evidence of this character existing besides on charts. There seems to be no info anywhere on this character or even pictures of it. So until I find out otherwise I'm saying Mothra is completed.

7/27/17Gray Digimon 20th Anniversary:My Digimon came yesterday! Was a complete surprise since it was apparently sent out late. So happy this is my first Digimon vpet besides the Digimon Unlimited app which is a unofficial pet. The 20th Anniversary version has some differences from the original most are just basic quality of life changes to make things easier. You can raise 2 Digimon at once and it contains eggs from the first 5 Digimon versions. There's also 6 unlockable eggs but those all have a set growth path. I'll be able to unlock 4 of them. The two I can't unlock are the version exclusive Anime Gabumon egg from my version and the Dorumon/Alphamon line egg. To unlock them I'll need to buy another different Digimon 20th Anniversary version since they require connecting to unlock. In addition to the Brown Agumon and Gray Gabumon versions they also released 3 more "Waves 2" Digimon 20th Anniversary versions each one having its own version exclusive egg. The 3 new wave 2 designs are: Alphamon color - Lunamon exclusive egg Zubamon color - Meicoomon exclusive egg Omnimon color - Coronamon exclusive egg Coronamon and Lunamon are from Digimon World Dawn/Dusk and Meicoomon is from the new Digimon Adventure Triplets movie series. If I do get another version I'll probably go for the one with Coronamon. Anyway on to starting my new digimon! Started him about 2:23pm. I didn't get a choice to which egg I get to hatch first it starts off with the V1 egg. It hatched into a baby Botamon which didn't take long to evolve. Within about 10 minutes he became the child Koromon. He was pretty easy to care for. He later evolved into the good care rookie Agumon about 8:30pm only takes 6 hours to become a rookie. Once I got a rookie the 2nd egg appeared so I could raise my 2nd digi. It's already late so I'll hatch him tomorrow. Agumon only was up for another 20-30 minutes before falling asleep at 9pm. I'll do a quick run through talking about the various stats and features. There's 8 different status screens and those are: 1. Digimon's name 2. Age/Weight 3. Hunger - Feed to fill. 4. Strength - Basically the Digimon's version of the "Happy" meter. Play the training game to fill or by feeding proteins. 5. Effort - Digimon's effort. Every 4 trainings you do will fill 1 of the 4 hearts. 6. Stamina - Stamina for battles (available starting at Rookie). Has 14 bars and each battle reduces it by 1. Can be refilled by 1 from feeding 4 proteins or refilled completely from having them nap for 3 hours. 7. Single Battle Win Rate - Single battle win % 8. Tag Battle Win Rate - Tag battle win % The single training minigame is easy you just have to rapidly press A to build up power so you're digimon can destroy the wall. I'm not able to do the tag training until I have 2 Digimon going at once.

7/28/17Gray Digimon 20th Anniversary:Agumon is now 1yr old and 24g. I decided to try out the single battle but he got completely destroyed. The opponent dodged every attack and kept damaging my digimon. It was my mistake though. Once evolving the effort hearts were reduced to 0. So I had to play the training game a bunch to fill them. Every 4 trainings fills 1 effort heart so I had to do at least 16 trainings. I guess the effort hearts are a indication of how powerful your digimon is. After filling them I battled again and won every time. Single battle is made up of stages. Each win will progress you to the next stage to battle stronger digimon. You can continue from the stage where you left off anytime or reset back to the beginning stage. I just kept restarting from the 1st stage to get Agumon's win % up. Not sure if there's any benefit to beating as many stages as possible. After 15 battles with Agumon (1 loss 14 wins) his single battle win rate was 93%. I had him take a nap for 3 hours to recover stamina. Quick sidenote: Only time awake counts towards evolution. Putting them to sleep at night or having them take naps delays growth. After his nap I had him win another 14 battles. Making the single battle total of 29 battles/96% win rate. The main reason I'm doing lots of battles is for one of the unlockable eggs. The Zubamon egg requires 50+ single battles of any digimon to unlock. At 12:35pm I hatched my second egg. After you get your first rookie and the second egg appears, the V2-V5 eggs are unlocked. I chose the V5 egg which is sorta like a evil/dark digimon themed egg. I chose this one mainly because I like most of the champion stages on this egg. It hatched into a baby Zurumon then quickly becoming a child Pagumon. I want to evolve this one into the bad care rookie so I let both Hungry and Strength hearts empty then wait like 10 minutes for the attention icon to go off before filling a single heart. Same exact method to get care misses as on the color Tamagotchis. I later successfully got the bad care rookie Gizamon. I was able to get about 4-6 care misses within the 6 hours of the child stage. I still want to experiment with getting more care misses with Gizamon so I left his hungry hearts empty to continue getting care misses. I then trained him a lot to fill strength and effort hearts. I then battled with him in single battle. Did 9 battles total and won each one having a 100% single win rate.

7/29/17Grey Digimon 20th Anniversary:Today I did another 14 single battles with Agumon. I didn't have him take any naps today so he should evolve into a champion today. It takes 24 hours of time awake for the rookie to become a champion. Later at 7:40pm Agumon evolved into Greymon the "best" care champion. After evolving his effort hearts emptied and his stamina bar refilled. So I trained to fill his effort hearts and battled till his stamina was empty. Now as a champion he can battle 2 times per stamina bar so I got 28 battles with him from full stamina. He's currently 2 years, 30g, and a 98% Single win rate. Gizamon I didn't do any battles with him today and I kept his hearts pretty full. He's 1 year, 18g, and a 100% Single win rate. I should have enough single battles total now to unlock Zubamon's egg (which requires 50+ single battles). Now I need to start working on tag battles to get Hackmon's egg (which requires 80+ tag battles) and I've done 0 tag battles so far. I'll start working on that tomorrow morning.
